How to Meet

For first-time Teams users:

From your phone, download Teams from the Play/App store and then login with your Macomb email and password, or
From a computer, go to the Microsoft Teams site and then login with your Macomb email and password.

1. During virtual office hours, go to Microsoft Teams and ensure you are logged in with your Macomb ID.

The following instructions are for the desktop app or website. For the mobile app, see the "Note" below these instructions.

2. Once the app is open, click on Chat ① in the left navigation.

3. Click on search ② and search for my name (Sarah Karlis).

4. Select my name from the drop-down list to open up a chat.

5. Then enter a message in the text area at the bottom of the chat and click the send icon ③.

Note:

If you are on a mobile app, the chat button should be at the bottom of the screen when you first log in to the app. Once you click on chat, search can be found at the top of the screen.
