Receiving Feedback

• Written feedback will typically be left as a comment in the Canvas grade book. For Project 1, I may leave audio or video feedback instead of a written comment. 

• All grades will be input in Canvas. 

Feedback Timeframe

• Supporting Assignments: I will typically get these back to you within a week of the due date. Later in the semester as other work starts coming in, it may take me two weeks. 

• Project 1: I will typically get this back to you within 2-3 weeks of the due date. Project 1 takes much longer to read through and provide feedback, so please be patient. Additionally, I grade/comment on projects submitted on time first, then I go back to grade late work (i.e. if you submit yours late, it may take a bit longer).

  • • Note: I grade all submissions for Project 1 at the same time. (i.e. you will not get a grade for your Rough Draft & Peer Review until I grade and provide feedback on the Revised Draft).  

If the above timeframes have passed and I haven't mentioned in class that I'm behind on grading, please first double-check that you turned in the assignment to the correct place and then feel free to reach out to me. I may have accidentally missed your assignment.
